I couldn't connect to fb, so I uninstalled the game as advised, now I am back to level 1 from 368.

I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled, lost my data. I was connected to fb, but was having problems connecting with the kingdom. Any ideas how I can get my level back? I was always connected to fb, then in the last few weeks I had problems.
