Error with two different players

I was playing with my account at my android phone, tried to log with my account in another player's tablet, but i can't. In my facebook session appeared his candycrush session. And now that player jumped  to my level. It seems the accounts have been connected. Can we solve this?

It's because the game reads the progress from whichever Facebook account is logged in. I've read that if you log out from the app and also from facebook itself, then restart and log back into the right accounts, this should work to return your individual game.
