How to get my fucking money back

I never but anything the 1 time I did was because I was stuck on 1 level for a while I finally almost beat it just had 1 more move to win to I bought the 5xtra moves and the game booted me out now I didn't get my 5xtra moves and have to play level all over again so I want my money back
