My treasure chests and all special features show up on my laptop, which I do not play on, but not on my phone. If I log into my friends account their chests and specials show up. I am frustrated that I loose my option to play for these. I have sent many requests to customer care and have received no reply back this is very aggravating.
If you check under the T&C: http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en it says:
Why does my friend have new game features, but I do not?
From time to time we test temporary new features in our games, this is rolled out to a small selection of players. The selection process is completely random. If we decide that a new feature will remain in game, it will then be rolled out to all players.
This means that you will have the feature under one ID but maybe not the other (your mobile)
