Can't sync Facebook progress to mobile device. Id:2733437

I purchased a new phone and my Facebook progress won't sync to my phone. On Facebook I'm around level 1165. On my phone I'm on level 3. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Facebook and candy crush. Nothing has helped. Need suggestions please.
