Why won't my levels sync to my phone now I've updated my Facebook password?

I updated my password on Facebook on my phone this morning.  Since then when I go on Candy Crush, Candy Crush Jelly Saga or Candy Crush Soda I'm back at Level 1 despite synchronising with my Facebook account.  On Candy Crush I was on level 1136, Jelly Saga I was on level 244 and Candy Crush Soda I was on Level 608!  Please Help!
