With Candy Crush and Candy Crush Sage I can no longer log in via my iphone unless I enter other logon details which I try and it has never worked. I have deleted both accounts, re-installed, clear the cookies everything that has been suggested this problem only started four month ago and it's very frustrating. Ever since your app techs installed the additional kings logon which does nothing at all.
