All of a sudden candy crush will no longer load on iPad, it just flashes the orange screen then goes back to the home screen. I hadn't done anything different before this, I have now deleted history, cookies & cache but it still won't work - and I've not connected it to Facebook either. Please help, I was on level 965 & I don't want to go back to the beginning!

Which iPad and OS version do you have? Some of the older iPad versions are no longer compatible with the game. Please see this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash
In most cases a reboot of the device can solve many issues. Please also close any running apps before starting Candy Crush. Once you have the game running you should connect it to Facebook in order to save your progress. If you can't start the game then you might consider doing a backup of your game data with iCloud.
