Log in problem

My sister logged in to facebook and candycrush on my phone and after she logged out and I logged back in her candy crush had assumed the same level as me. Previously she was at a level far beneath me but she jumped to my level 581 and got all the boosters without doing the levels. Neither she nor I can get her back to where she was previously. Both accounts work fine, just this oddity. Any ideas what happened?

    I can assist your sister in getting the game back to correct level in Candy Crush Saga.

    Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.
