Lost Progress - new iphone

I have just got a new iphone (six) and used the usual restore when setting it up.  All my progress has been lost in candy crush even though it's transferred over progress from all other games (including other King games).  I'm not logged in through facebook nor did I register my email.  How can I get my progress back?  I was up around level 1700.
