I paid for gold bars but I haven't got them yet

So a few hours ago, I tried to buy 'color bomb' in candy crush saga, and finally I paid about Rp 15.800 through DokuWallet. It said the purchase was success but when I started playing candy crush saga again, I haven't got any 'color bomb' nor the gold bars. Why is that?
