how is that some players dont have to hit targets to,go into the next level ?

i am on level 1859 in candy crush,the target is 180.000 points to be scored to go to next level,i scored 162.000 points and failed,obviously....... my friend whom was on the same level as me,she scored 109.000 points and moved on to next level,how is that possible,when she failed to hit the target score in the 70 seconds given.......

i feel cheated,could you please tell me how she passed that level,without hitting the target score,this is wrong,please get back in touch and tell me why other people are passing levels without hitting target scores,i will also post this in forom to see if anyone else has been cheated just like i have
