i have upgraged the game froze i couldnt play

I upgraded the candy crush , couldnt play the whole day. The follwing day i uninstalled and reinstalled now back to level 1 from level 160 and now when i try to play it freezes and it switches off automaticallly and when I go back ihave lost lives without playing the game. I can play have been on level 11 for the past 2 days.

Did you check for updates for your tablet too? Restart your tablet afterwards.

If you played connected to a Facebook or a Kingdom account, then you should simply reconnect the game app to the relevant account and that should give you your progress back.
