I have completed levels on candy crush before a treasure chest, but when I go to the chest it doesn't open and I don't get my extra boosters. Thought it was just a glitch but it's happened three times now. Very frustrating

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
