No, YOU can't beat it SO FAR! I and several of my 'friends' can and have, and in my case, as I've done a number of demo runs, have several times. My only tip is to make the first match a vertical one so that you get a hit on a mixer and ensure that new candies enter the target area. You do need a fair wadge of luck in getting a run of candies that allows you to explode a mixer before the reproduction rate ramps up but it's a long, long way from impossible.
