Why have all my boosters in candy crush gone ???

On loading candy crush I had some problems on my iPad. When I did get in on level 1882 all my boosters have gone.  I had saved absolutely loads of boosters and can't believe that everything has gone !!! Is there anything that can be done ??? Please !!!
