Level 1
I am on level 1264! First problem....When i open app it always opens on level 500, then from 501 to to 515 only stars show, no level number. then 516 till 1264 it shows stars and level. I have to swipe the site down to get to level 1264. Can you fix levels 501 to 515 so that when i open the app it goes to the highest level completed please? Second question... if i happen to get to a new level on ios it does not synch to desktop and i hve to rewin levels on desktop all the time to move ahead. SUPER annoying bad user experience. I've tried everything, closing and opening app, removing app, unconnecting facebook, everything and nothing works. Can you fix this too?
Hi Lisa- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing some difficulties with your game. Let's try and get things back on track :-)
-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

Sorry, this did not work and I did the whole process twice. Still only shows me at level 500, then it shows completed games starting again at 516. then i have to scroll endlessly up until 1273. Super annoying to scroll, but more annoying that any progress i make on mobile doesn't sync back to desktop. The one thing i can think of is when sync the app to facebook it says i already have candy crush authorized. could that make a difference? if not, any other ideas, please!Hi Lisa- Thanks for posting on King Care.
