Loss of nivels while connecting Facebook - Ticket-Id:2973213

Hello, I usually play on my Iphone and it's been weeks that I didn't play on my Ipad. Today I wanted to play CandyCrush on my Ipad and it took me to level 478. I was very surprised because I am at level 689 (I don't remember exactly but is is around) whan I play on my Iphone. So I thought maybe it's because I have to connect Facebook to synchronize between my Iphone and my Ipad. When I connected myself on Facebook with my Iphone, it took me at level 478 and I can't "go back" to level 689 !!!! Please can you tell me how can I do to find my level back ?
