Lost my progess on iPad when I changed my email address and updated it on Facebook

I was up to level 302 on my iPad using Candy Crush through Facebook.  I changed my email address and updated Facebook with my new address and have lost all Candy Crush progress - I'm back to level 1. When I look at Candy Crush on my PC (through Facebook), I am still at level 302 but have lost all my bonuses - I had over 50 colour bombs and lots of fish and wrapped candies. Any help appreciated; I have contacted King 4 times without a response!
