my gift box on candy crush saga keeps resetting at start every day i go back have to start again

is there a problem with the loading also its is hard to play quest in Soda when ask to progress to the next level and you are waiting on the next set of levels  skipping is great but then you have to wait 24 hours and you still get something you cant play and you have to wait another 24 hours
