My mom upgraded to iPhone 6s and lost progress in candy crush. She was in the 700's.

The strange part is that it restarted her at level 79 . My father and her used the same Apple ID on both their phones. He does not play CC , but it something my mom and I enjoy discussing. Can she somehow get back to her previous level ?
