1941 Am I missing something?

I'm stumped on this one.  I've played it several times and even got 10 speckled balls on one play and didn't even break 300,000 points.  I'm nowhere near 650,000.  I even tried making sure I got that popcorn out of the way in order to get the bombs thinking I'd get more points.  Is this one you have to wait for luck to rain down and continue cascading matches at the end???  If anyone cleared it, I'd love a few tips.  Thanks!!

Never mind...I got it and it did have to do with the bombs...getting speckled with the bombs really helps boost points....did use a few boosters to help, but got it!

I am having terrible trouble getting enough points on this on.  Glad to hear you passed it.  Wish I could.  Not fun.

I used 3 Boosters. (Coloured Bombs).

This is the first of 5 Reach a Score Levels in this Episode - boring. King designers seem to be able to only create this and timed levels without glitches. I think it is time for some staff reorganisation !! I got this level with the help of 2 lots of extra turns and fortunately a number of speckled bombs !!

let me give you some tips. i played it and got 3stars. the first primary objective is to crack that popcorn, so those bombs would drop early. then try and create as many color bombs. you will pass it in no time.. cheers
