Lost all boosters

I had a lot of boosters that I earned over five years of playing candy crush. Today I log on and they are gone. Also my progress has been booted back some levels. This is not fair and I think I will quit all king games.

I had this issue with the latest update! I am so frustrated, I’ve lost hundreds of boosters. I’m in the 2000s and not having boosters makes play nearly impossible!

tried contacting for help through the app and was directed here - would really appreciate you making this right!

I have the same problem and I contacted the service twice already. They just keep sending me here to find solution. BUT THERE IS NO SOLUTION.

File a complaint with the California Attorney General. If enough of us do this they will either be fined or fix the problem. Further, if you paid money dispute the charge with the credit card company. This is what should expect when a company gets acquired by the Chinese.

Cancel my request for fixing it. Uninstalling the game, as it keeps removing my boosters. This time, just one week after my last loss. On level 1590 and boosters are pretty much required to pass levels-even the easy ones. Samsung Galaxy S5. I'm not the only one having problems apparently. No love from the developers either.

I have same problem . I lost all accumulated boosters with the various missions and to the daily wheel. They disappeared when I started playing the Italian . what's happened ????? i want my boosters !!!!!!!

I've had the same issue. Lost all of the boosters I earned and some I even PAID for! I have been an avid Candy Crush player for years, and I am very angry with the lack of support, and customer care they provide. Honestly am fed up and will most likely be deleting the app if this issue does not get resolved.

Yeah me too and some guy on here told me I shouldn't hoard my boosters...kinda made me mad. They were mine I earned them and should be able to use them when I want without worrying that they will disappear!!! King wants people to buy more I guess

Lost mine too, more than 200 colored bombs, 90 lollipops, 90 free switches, and many more!

This happened to me it went back to level 1. I want them back I was wondering if this a ploy from Candy Crush so you need to re buy them?

I am on level 2032 and when I went onto my android this morning all my boosters are gone. I lost my boosters a couple pf months ago also and had just built them back up again through candy drops and reaching levels with chests. I had over 30 colour bombs, and 10-20 of the other boosters and hammers and switchers. I have not been hoarding them as stated above but use them as needed. Where did they go all of a sudden???????? Very frustrated
