I can´t sync my progress from my phone to facebook

I can saved my progess in my phone(I can send live send ticket,etc.. to my friends), but it wont sync to my facebook app on web.? why?

example: my phone level is 1897 saved, but when I open app on web facebook it just 1888. it wont sync I tried disconnect and reconnect but nothing happen.

Please help.

i got this problem too.....successfully connected to facebook but the bottom right always show X

I've had this same problem for weeks and despite raising it in previous threads (which now seem to have been deleted) I've had no response.  I've taken to uninstalling and reinstalling the app whenever I want to play on my phone as that is the only time it will sync.  As soon as I close it and reopen later it stops syncing again.

It's awfull but I do the same thing! If I want to play I delete and reinstal. I've got a Samsung Galaxy S5
