I ordered 50 bars and didnt get them

I had 10 bars and ordered 50 more (came with extra stuff also) the special is what I ordered not sure the real name for it for 6.99. Charged me the $ and now I have 42 bars. How can I start with 10 order 50 and end up with 42. Please help me get my bars back or money back
