not able to play quests after level no. 815 ; only the options regarding 'ask friends ' and unlock now by 'purchase' is being shown

Hi Naina!
I suggest you go online - this way you'll be able to play the quests. Also I believe you'll need to be online in order to ask friends for help with the road block.
Please also make sure you have the latest version of the game installed. You can check on Google Play or directly here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga
