I cannot access the app store to purchase gold bars! HELP

Can someone please help me, I cannot purchase any gold bars to advance to the next episode. Every time I try to purchase gold bars it says "purchase failed! no money was removed from your account."I would really like to advance to the next episode and not wait  3 days. By then the treasure chests full of boosters and unlimited lives will be gone. I would appreciate help immediately, I checked my internet connection, reset it, installed app updates, uninstalled and installed the game and the problem still persists.Help please. Thanks.

    Hi Mika!

    Is it only in Candy Crush Saga that you can't buy items?

    I suggest you check your credit card settings in Google Wallet: https://wallet.google.com/ - try removing the CC, then add it again.

    Please also check Internet connection - if possible then try changing from WiFi to 3G/4G to see if it's the connection.

    Another option is to make sure the game is connected to Facebook, then buy the gold bars there. Once bought the gold bars will then sync to your mobile device.
