Progress still not synching

As my questions keep being marked as duplicates of something about boosters, I will ask for a third time why progress is not synching across android and iOS devices. It has been almost three weeks and I have no answer

No, nothing to do with my devices. This was a bug affecting hundreds of people which has now been solved but still no reply from anyone at king
