Level 1

I sent a previous email still have not heard back TICKET 3194618. This Saturday I had to get a new iPod the only device in which I played candy crush in everything was updated and backdated to the iCloud I never connected the account to facebook as I dont get on but I decided to connect it this weekend in hopes that maybe I could get back to level 495. I tried all email addresses however, I did make purchases on the game prior. Is there a way that I can get back to level 495 because currently I am at 109?
