Why did the loss of boosters only affect the players on high levels?

I am on level 1938 and like others lost hundreds of boosters and lives. Why did this not affect players on lower levels? My wife had no issues of connecting or losing any boosters. She is only on level 600. Why is it you only took everything from the most loyal customers? I have paid for boosters and gold bars so I didn't only lose free items. It is total crap that you can't help the players that lost everything. You just want more money and that is nothing less then theft! You are going to lose all your loyal players if you cannot correct your wrong and make it right again! I agree with one comment we all should go after King with a class action suit when you blatantly steal from us! Very upset customer!

I had the same issue happen with losing over a 100 boosters once i hit level 900.   Noticed that even now while trying to build up boosters they continue to randomly disappear,  just dont purxhase them anymore as lost the ones i had at level 900.   It is discouraging when this happens.

Well that's a wonderful piece of stats collecting you've done there. A whole one example out of the millions of players! Shame it doesn't reflect the actual truth. Try reading the posts on the forum with regard to this problem and you'll find there are people from all levels affected.

King did not take anything from you. Nothing disappeared by instruction or algorithm or hack from that source. If you want to blame anyone I suggest you take the matter up with the maker of your inferior OS. Nobody who plays on Facebook or king.com has experienced this problem. It is restricted entirely to mobile devices.

As for items you have paid for, if you can  provide evidence of purchase and convincingly argue that you had not used them up to this point (preferably dismounting your high horse and asking nicely first) then it is possible to obtain a refund or return of the items. I have to say though that any such settlement would be entirely ex gratia. Your legal entitlement is basically zero!

On which note, improve your education, please. Theft is a criminal offence not a civil one! Talk of a suit is utter pie in the sky anyway. It has as much chance of succeeding as I have of winning the lottery ... and I don't buy a ticket!
