unable to sync updates level from mobile to laptop

hi already finished level 1955 on my mobile phone, I tried many times opening this game to my other mobile phone and laptop but cant sync.  everytime I  open my game in my laptop still im in level 1954.  It happened to me also the last time I finished other level I have no choice but to repeat it again to my laptop. Can you please help coz this level is so hard and I cant finish it in my laptop.

    If it's an Android mobile, go into the Play Store and make sure you've got the latest update, it was put out addressing this syncing issue.
