Have you done anything to fix it yourself or are you just waiting for your fairy godmother to fly by? Have you read the troubleshooting advice in the FAQs (link at the bottom of the page), checked your browser for updates, tried a different browser, checked your OS? The trouble is almost certainly at your end after all. Other people are not having any problem.
