can you please restore my gold bars?

I had 18 gold bars and accidentally i lost all of them...please restore...all of my hard earned gold bars im so sad

11/09/16, 23:36:30 - You used 18 Gold bars for extra time on time bombs - In your account: 0 Gold bars.

All transactions are from the same iOS device. Times are in CET (Central European Time)

I know but it was by accident i didnt even proceed further with extra time.. this is just not fair

Thanks for your update.

Unfortunately in-game purchases cannot be refunded. 

You will however have the option to win further Gold bars in then events in Candy Crush Saga - for instance Sugar Track.
