Bought the 6.99 special and only received the gold bars, how do I get the rest of it?

Missing the mystery treasure box and boosters, from my purchase on Saturday I think. I kept waiting for items to appear, but only got the gold bars. I could have gotten those a lot cheaper if that's all I wanted.
