I was playing Candy Crush (level 1958), purchased gold to extend level and froze - Get gold Back?

I lost ten gold bars=$1.00 trying to get 15 seconds to beat level.  I just purchased these bars and the game froze.  Can I get the 10 bars back.  This has happened before and Inever have said anything but this really pissed me off this time.
