Facebook and app sync

My Facebook cc and my mobile app cc have different user numbers, I want to keep the one on my mobile app as I started playing on that and am much further. Please help.

If you synchronize the 2 then regardless of the user number the higher level will carry over to Facebook and the levels will remain synchronized when you pass a level on any device:

That does not work. When I connect to Facebook, I am taken back to level 21. I have to disconnect from FB and log in to the kingdom with my email address to get my levels back.
