I have spent money using my apple id to purchase boosters for candy crush. Just recently I purchased a package that included a mystery box that I never got ( I did get the bars and the boosters) Two days ago ALL my boosters were gone. I had not done any recent updates. Infact I was playing a game, lost, went back to play again, got an error message and the next thing I knew was all my boosters had disappeared. I had 52 colour bombs, I had 36 wheels, 24 combo candies etc.
I have gone to settings in the bottom right hand corner to restore purchases, NOTHING, I have closed out of my ipad (the only place I play the game) nothing. This is the second time this has happened. I get if it is free that is one thing, but a good majority of these were paid for.
Please let me know how I got about getting everything I have paid for back or how I get a refund for everything I have paid for and have nothing to show for it now.
