My friends playing candy crush saga on iphone or ipad get lot of treasure chests so that the get lot of boosters.I am playing on android galaxy tab 3, I reached level 620 and I got some of them only twice: first time, I could reach the 3 ones but second time, I got the fist one but the 2 others suddenly disappeared. this was about level 520 two weeks ago, and since no more chest. Is this normal?When does treasure chests appear? Why do they suddenly disappear?

The events with treasure chest don't run all the time but selected periods instead so you won't always see them. They look to be linked to Facebook and Kingdom so you need to be actively connected to them in order for it to appear. So if you don't see it in your game, check your connection. Might just be a case of log out, close the game, open and log back in and it should come up again.
