I lost all of my items and I can't login with my facebook id.

Hi, I did Facebook logout few days ago and my friend did login his Facebook ID. I deleted all of his login information but I can't login by my Facebook Id to CandyCrushSaga. I should login to my friend's Id. I want to login Candy Crush Saga by my Facebook Id. How can I do that?

And all of my items were deleted. How can I recover all of my items?

Please answer me as soon as possible...

Hi Soyoung- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you are having some difficulties accessing your account. Let's try and get you back on track. 

Please could you follow these steps and let me know how you get on? 

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

- Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
