Where are my mystery boxes and boosters!?!?

I purchased the 15.99 and 1.99 gold bars packages with boosters and a mystery box. I got the gold barswith both packages, but i didnt get the mystery box or my boosters for either one!! Sent an email about it, but never got a reply. Anyone else have this problem? Id like my mystery boxes, and if not, id like a refund! I have the reciepts for both! Please let me know something!!!!
