I keep getting a pop up box that says "play previously played game s to gain more boosters."

Everytime this happens it completely wipes out all my saved boosters. This has happened 3 times and I have lost tons of boosters. I called customer service and after telling them my problem they hung up on me! I called back several times and they would answer the phone but then immediately hang up!! I am beyond frustrated!!  I just want my boosters back or I am done with candy crush!

    What number did you dial and where did you get the number from? Sounds like something´s not right.Did you screenshot the pop up and can you upload it here?

    I did not screenshot the pop up. Don't know how I could have done this while playing the game. This has to be a candy crush thing because it is a rectangular box with three of the candy crush candies with the c on them and cannot be a coincidence since it has happened three times now.I am so upset that I haven't played since the last time this happened and I use to play almost non stop! I googled candy crush and got the phone number there.
