I keep getting a pop up box that says "play previously played game s to gain more boosters."

Everytime this happens it completely wipes out all my saved boosters. This has happened 3 times and I have lost tons of boosters. I called customer service and after telling them my problem they hung up on me! I called back several times and they would answer the phone but then immediately hang up!! I am beyond frustrated!! I just want my boosters back or I am done with candy crush!

I did not screenshot the pop up. Don't know how I could have done this while playing the game. This has to be a candy crush thing because it is a rectangular box with three of the candy crush candies with the c on them and cannot be a coincidence since it has happened three times now.I am so upset that I haven't played since the last time this happened and I use to play almost non stop! I googled candy crush and got the phone number there.

I did not screenshot the pop up. Don't know how I could have done this while playing the game. FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve. If you play perfectly, and someone helped you out giving you 3 extra lives, you are still one short of being able to win. I've paid for gold bars before to help me pass hard levels, but I refuse to…
