Didn't get what I paid for

I paid $6.99 for 100 gold bars and 3x for boosters. I only received 50 gold bars and I did not receive 3 hammers or 3 hands for sure. Not sure if I received other boosters.

I did and there is nothing there. The envelope isnt even highlighted when I clicked on it.
