I was on lvl 1600+ I lost it all ;..( I just switched phones today first thing I did was download CC logged into my FaceBook and GameCenter but still no sign of the progress please help me!

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
