I followed the instructions on the troubleshooting and the game still will not load. I had received a message to allow cloud.net to store information but I denied it is that why the game will not load now and if so what do I need to do so I can once again play
Did you try playing it in another browser? This will help to see if its an issue with you current one that is affecting the game. I would also just restart and open only a browser and try to load the game. So don't have a load of tabs and programs open.
