Candy Crush level 1628 not working

My question has not been answered.  I do not have the 5+ candies falling in the this level like other people do; it is impossible to beat without them.  Also, my friend only had to reach 40,000 points which I have done several times but without the 5+ candies, 60,000 will be impossible.  Is there something wrong with my PC perhaps?  Thankyou!

There appears to be an issue affecting all timed levels throughout the game on Facebook at the moment. I'm afraid you'll just have to be patient until the fix is sorted out.

Well there you go....you said an issue affecting all timed levels....all the more reason to do away with the timed levels that seem to be unfair on some devices.
