Can play because game is asking for upgrade of Flash Player. Candy Crush Saga.

My Flash Player is updated and still can't play the game. I spend lots of money in this game and is not fear that at this point can continue playing, do something to solve this problem or give me back all the money I spend on this game. This is the third time I asked for help to solve this and no answer from you. If the game has a problem you must take the game away and give back the money to all people that spend on this and is having problems. Hoppe you find a solution for this problem. Thaks.

Not a good answer. The HTML5 version is a totally different experience to the flash version. It is VERY POOR. I was on King Level 545 - that has completly disappeared. King has contempt for its faithful customers over many years. This shift will cause thousands to stop playing Candy Crush. Just wait and see!

The problem is with Flash, over which King has no control, not the game. You can try a couple of remedies at this time. Firstly to change the browser you use. Secondly to find a Flash removal tool online in order to completely clear all out of date Flash items before doing a completely clean install of the latest Flash software.
