finished a level but my icon won't advance to the next

I have done level 35 six or 7 times, get the message that I have successfully completed it, yet I am not able to move to level 36.  I keep getting the dragon and lemonade lake -- I have tried both skipping it and choosing next. still can't get to level 36. Help!!!
