I have 2 candy crush saga accounts and I usually use my old facebook account to play candy crush. However, candy crush saga couldn't find my old facebook account after I switched to Iphone 7. It sticks to my new facebook account even I logged out and reinstalled both facebook and candy crush saga apps. I also went to setting to delete my facebook account and reset everything, but it didn't work.

If it's logging in then it is finding it your old account, it's just not loading from where you though you were at. It's possible you synced and merged the progress by accident. The best way to check is by going onto Facebook and loading the game directly from there from each account. That way you'll know for sure where you're at and if you've crossed synced your progress.
