Losing a level due to freezing during purchase (FREQUENT)

Level 1

1) I will be on a level and try to purchase a special but will be low on gold. I will select the purchase option and receive the payment successful. 2) I will go back to the game and it freezes. * This happens very frequently. I lose the level and would have won with that special so it was a waste. 3) I have followed your troubleshooting- have enough memory, restarted, closed apps...ect.
